Although we are web based which of course gives us less overheads which we can pass on to our clients we operate from Southborough, Tunbridge Wells, Kent where we own and manage property, we also own and operate in the Hastings and East Sussex areas.
Tunbridge Wells has always had a strong lettings market, its on the main line to London,only 40 minutes away, the south coast is also 40 minutes away, M25 20 minutes. The town is in the top ten of desirable places to live in the uk so house prices and rents are always strong, the town although Victorian is very modern with many upmarket shops, restaurants and bars with some lovely parks and commons. A very desirable area in which to live!
Hastings and St Leonards are typical British sea side towns full of charm and victorian grandeur! Both are on the mainline to London and are served with an excellent road network, the property prices and rents in this area are lower compared to Tunbridge Wells but this is slowly changing due to the government and private money being invested in the area, it is within a stones throw from Brighton where property prices and rents have risen dramatically over the last few years, in our opinion Hastings & St Leonards could become the new Brighton so now is the time to invest in the area..we have property in the area and have never had a void period due to the extremely strong rental demand.
